There are more than a few kids in Canada excited for the launch the new movie Cloud 9 starring Dove Cameron (Liv and Maddie) and Luke Benward from Good Luck Charlie.

The flick debuts January 17 on Family Channel, followed by its premiere January 26 on Disney XD Canada.

The Canadian Ski Council has linked its Grade 4 & 5 SnowPass program with the movie as its promo team makes stops at ski areas across Canada leading up to the film debut.

The Canadian Cloud 9/SnowPass tour kicked off at Snow Valley in Barrie, Ontario, then moved to Big White in BC. It will be at Blue Mountain, ON and Alberta’s Nakiska on January 11-12, then at Vancouver’s Grouse Mountain and Ontario’s Mount St Louis Moonstone on January 18-19.

The tour includes fun activities, including photo sessions with a pro sports photographer, giveaways, and the chance to win a trip for four to BC’s Big White Ski Resort.
