The mission of the Canadian Ski Council is to grow participation in recreational snow sports across Canada by increasing awareness and driving skier/snowboarder visits to ski areas.

Go Skiing Go Snowboarding

Provides “how to” information, testimonials, and videos for people who are interested, but unaware of how to start skiing or snowboarding.

Images and copy are tailored to a “New Canadian” audience.

Converts these visitors to customers at your ski area through Never Ever Days.

Provides your ski area with a toolbox of assets to use within your market.

The ultimate program designed to remove all barriers that discourage people from trying snow sports.

$25 Lift, Lesson, and Rental experience

Scheduled in the quantities and on the times that suit your ski area best

Revenues go directly to the participating ski area.

Local marketing is provided by the CSC.

Ski areas set adult accompaniment requirements, blackout dates, and daily capacity limits.

The SnowPass is cardless and SnowPass users are required to pre-book visits.

Family members of the passholder can pre-purchase lift passes through the platform for a better customer experience

Research & Advocacy Funding Program

The funding from this program allows the CSC to advocate for ski areas’ interests with the federal government and produce research that strengthen the insights into what drives Canadian consumers to ski and snowboard.

The Canadian Lift Pass is available for purchase before the ski areas open for the season.

Ski areas can set blackout dates and daily capacity limits.

Ski areas receive 60% of the price paid for the pass.
