The Canadian Ski Patrol will once again hold their largest ski and Snowboard swap at the 2023 show! Held annually in conjunction with the Toronto Ski+Snowboard Show, the swap will feature over 2,000 brand new non-current & pre-owned skis, boards, boots & accessories available for purchase. It’s the biggest DEAL of the year and it is an excellent opportunity to upgrade your old equipment and save money. Every purchase made at the Ski & Board Swap helps support Canadian Ski Patrol training programs and volunteer first aid services at resorts across the country.

Proceeds from the Canadian Ski Patrol’s Ski & Board Swaps held in various locations across the country are used to further the efforts of the Canadian Ski Patrol in funding and upgrading their many First Aid, Safety and Rescue programs. These skills are used daily by their 5,000+ members in assisting the skiing and snowboarding public at resorts across the country.

For more information on the Canadian Ski Patrol and its efforts, visit our volunteers at the Ski Patrol Booth during the Toronto Ski+Snowboard Show. Skiing and boarding are healthy outdoor winter activities enjoyed by millions of Canadians. Remember to always ride responsibly and look out for others. Think snow and have a great winter!

Toronto Ski & Snowboard Show Ski Swap

How to Register Your Used Equipment

Any used ski and snowboard equipment brought to the Swap must be in good to excellent condition to be accepted for sale. If the equipment is several years old, we strongly suggest you bring it to the International Centre to be inspected. Date and time to be determined.

We reserve the right to refuse any equipment that is deemed non-serviceable or un-saleable. Please note that on October 27th, you will have to pay show admission to drop off your equipment and entry may be gained at the main entrance. We only accept equipment Thursday and Friday during the hours specified. Generally, older “straight skis” are no longer in demand, regardless of condition and are not accepted for resale. Only skis, boots and snowboards will be accepted for the swap. We do not accept clothing, poles or loose items (i.e.: bindings). The Ski Patrol reserves the right to refuse any equipment deemed unsuitable.

There is a $2.00 registration charge per item and a 25% selling commission (before taxes) on all sales. The selling price is set by the owner of the equipment and the price may not be changed once it has been set and accepted. Online tracking of sold items. We will be offering our “Let it Ride” program at this swap. Pay $5.00 per item (instead of $2) and if your goods don’t sell in Toronto we will take them to the next swap and try to sell them there.

Things you must decide prior to entering your equipment:

  • “Let it Ride” If it doesn’t sell, we take it to our other swaps (Add’l charge)
  • Payment: etransfer or Cheque
  • If it doesn’t sell, do you want it back (Do Not Return (DNR) or DONATE)
