The Dogtooth Dash Returns to Kicking Horse March 21-22

Kicking Horse

The 6th annual Dogtooth Dash, an endurance race, will return to BC’s Kicking Horse Mountain Resort March 21-22, 2014.

From the racer’s mouths, The Dogtooth Dash is the most exciting, scenic and challenging event in the Ski Mo calendar, home of the national championships for the last past years and the only built-in course taking place inside a controlled ski area.

New this season is the addition of a nocturnal vertical race, launching a dual format counting for a new national title. The epic 4800 ft. ascent individual course is back, setting its quarters at top of the mountain, and will take the racers through four alpine bowls, three ridges and a few world class chutes.

Schedule:

Friday March 21, 2014

NEW! VERTICAL RACE ~ 800 meters ascent under the stars!

Saturday March 22, 2014

ELITE COURSE: The epic 1600 meters ascent designed for seasoned Ski-Mo racer

ENDURO COURSE:  Challenge yourself if you have what it takes to race against the best!

Moving with the momentum of last year, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is teaming-up with BUFF® Canada, a worldwide recognized brand of outdoor enthusiasts & Official Supplier of the Canadian National XC Ski Team supporting several athletes through personal sponsorships.
