Location: Mt. Washington Alpine Resort

Employment Type: Seasonal, Full time or Part time

Reports To: Rentals Manager or Demo Centre Supervisor

As a Service Technician you will be responsible for outfitting our guests with equipment and explaining its safe use.  You will strive to exceed our guests’ expectations and provide them with memorable mountain experiences.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and able to deal with guests of all ages
Approachable, dependable, and responsible team player
Previous ski industry (especially ski tuning) experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

Greet every guest that enters the rental shop
Operate our sales till for retail and rental purchases
Learn and expand knowledge of advanced repair, mounting and boot fitting
Perform services and repairs to guest equipment and bill accordingly
Ensure that all rental forms are accurately completed
Size and fit the guests with appropriate ski or snowboard boots
Recommend ski or snowboard length to ensure an enjoyable experience
Check all returned equipment and flag if damaged
Maintain cleanliness of shop and proper storage of all equipment
Assist other departments as needed.
