In the latest video from Whistler-Blackcomb’s Wonder Reels, freeriding father Mike Douglas takes us on a nostalgic trip through the history of Whistler’s Harmony zone.

As he rides the new Harmony Six opening this week on Whistler Mountain, Douglas pays homage to the guys who have made their mark on both Whistler’s iconic Harmony Bowl and the advancement of freestyle and competitive skiing in general, including Crazy Canuck Dave Murray, former freestyler and 007 stuntman John Eaves, and Steve Corbett, who did the first ever quadruple backflip on skis in 1974 off a jump near Harmony’s old Blue Chair.

“Who will be the next one to lay their mark in this zone?” Douglas asks in the YouTube video.
