The 2017-18 ski season will mark 53 years in operation for Mount St Louis Moonstone. The Huter Family is thrilled to commemorate that special beginning in 1964 with their 4th Annual Food Bank Drive Friday, December 22nd, 2017.

Opening Day in 1964, lift tickets to Mount St. Louis were $4.50! Join us Friday, December 22nd, 2017 and MSLM will celebrate by offering that same price $4.50 (+hst) with a food bank donation!

Mount St Louis Moonstone’s General Manager Robert Huter says, “December can be a difficult time for families in our region. It has been a week filled with heartache for our own family with the loss of my father. MSLM wants to make it easier for those who rely on our community food banks. We wouldn’t be able to do it without the generosity of our customers whose donations make this event a success every year and for that, we are truly grateful.”

This 4th annual event (always held on the Friday before children get out of school for Christmas break) offer skiers and snowboarders access to 34/36 slopes and 2 Terrain Parks. Crews are also working hard and MSLM hopes to debut the only half-pipe in Ontario that day as well. With a 50-75cm base and operating from 9am-9pm, it’s going to be an extraordinary day on the slopes.

Your donation will go to assist The Sharing Place Food Bank in Orillia and food banks in Coldwater and Waubaushene, all 3 local communities very close to the ski resort.

Let’s celebrate the season and ski and board like it’s 1964! Join us!
