BC’s Revelstoke Mountain Resort is set to launch November 30 for the 2013/14 ski season.
The ski area is reporting that large portion of the resort will be ready for guests, with wide open skiing and riding to The Stoke base, The Ripper area, and good skiing in Greely Bowl. Expect to find good skiing in the upper gladded terrain, although the resort warns to remember to “ski and ride with care during the early season and watch for tree wells.”
Grooming on the upper mountain will include Snow Rodeo, The Last Spike, and Hollywood. Burn Down and Chopper in The Ripper area will also be groomed. Below The Stoke, runs will be open down to the newly-named Revelation Lodge, but will be listed as marginal conditions.
